I ordered these boogie boards for my three daughters for Christmas to use at our beach house in NH. They have been using them since the summer (2012) has begun and 2 out of the three are falling apart (sides peeling off and a large bubble has formed on the top of the board). I purchased these thinking the quality was much better than the foam ones we have used for years and am very disappointed they aren't holding up.
When I contacted the company I spoke with Nick who told me the 90 day warranty was up and they company could not refund my money:
"You are outside of our warranty time of 90 days,however as a jesture of
goodwill we can allow $40.00 'in store credit' as one time exception and you
may call to do this order on phone and refer to PO 2011-11-84835."
I called and told Nick his products were junk and I did not want an "in store credit" because I would not buy another item from his company-which I thin......
