Product Review

I love this set for it is slim and adds a sporty look to any OEM car rack. Wish it had an anti-theft mechanism though. Let's hope nobody swipes it.

I have a Nissan Murano and bought 2 sets of these (a total of 4 pads) and they fit perfectly on the rack. They are very easy to install and the velcro is high quality keeping the pads in place. I keep them on all the time in sunny (and tropical) Florida and they are holding up great. No sun bleaching, or any signs of weather damage. Dakine is a solid manufacturer.

I love the style and look of these pads. They work great for keeping our boards protected on the roof rack.
My only criticism would be the closure material. I wish that it also had straps or something. The 'Velcro' really buckles underneath and is hard to get a smooth connection. They slide along the bars too easily and our other pads that have straps and hook and loop closures don't do this.
