Product Review
I was in search of a sock for my board for about a week. I have a 7'6" (90") fun board, pointy nose, square tail, three fin and 21" at the widest point and about 3" thick. My parameters were ease of use, terry cloth type material, snug fit, dark color (as a personal preference) and durability.
Reasonably easy to cover board - much like putting on socks, scrunch the bag, put it on the board's tip lining up the reinforced vinyl tip to the nose of the board, then tug the bag towards the tail.
The material works similar to a towel - you could wipe a wet surfboard with it. While it's not as absorbent as a cotton terry cloth, it does allow water to pass through, increasing drying time. It's also has a bit of cushion to it, so I can keep the board in the car without worry of abrasion against the car interior.
