ST's B1 is hyped to be tough but the moment you touch it you know it's a solid piece of water hardware.
It rides like a dream across every condition, and is surprisingly light given its toughness. Many other durable SUPs achieve their strength through mass. This Bomber is more like a carbon fiber mountain bike. Tough as nails, but light. I don't recommend dropping it off a roof or driving over it with your car (as is done in the ads) but there is no doubt this board can take it.
The styling is classic so there are better options for specific applications, but if I could only have one SUP for everything forever, this would be it.
My only complaint is the two (bow and stern) attachment points are a little small.
The Surftech B1 SUP is awesome and I was glad to find it on however the shipping experience was horrible. Being an Prime customer I chose two day shipping but chose Pil......
