I read through all of the other reviews and many people complained about how small it was. It is a rash guard and fits like a compression rash guard is intended to fit. I am 6'2" and 180 lbs. I ordered the XL due to all of the people complaining about how tight it was. When wet, it is a little too baggy. Let me be clear, this is still skin tight, but too stretchy when wet. If you are getting this for protection from the sun and you have a bit of "extra" flesh, you should get a much bigger size. However, if you are fit and want this for surfing, swimming, or under a wetsuit, get your typical size.
FYI it feels much tighter dry than it does wet. If you think it feels too tight at first, take a shower with it and then decide.
Very pleased with the item, it's comfortable as well as durable. I swim three days a week in the sun and it protects me from becoming burnt. Would definitely recommend to my friends. ......
