The Surftech B1 SUP is awesome and I was glad to find it on however the shipping experience was horrible. Being an Prime customer I chose two day shipping but chose Pilot Services and economy shipping which resulted in me having to make numerous phone calls to both and Pilot customer service to eventually get the board two days late. The board arrived in a nearly destroyed box which was falling off with a few strands of tape holding it on. The box had large boot prints all over it. The driver said the box looked like it had been to Hell and back. As a result of this the board had damage to the nose and tail which I to repair. It creates a bad experience when you spend nearly $1400 on an item and you have to repair it before using it.

ST's B1 is hyped to be tough but the moment you touch it you know it's a solid piece of water hardware.
