Very pleased with the item, it's comfortable as well as durable. I swim three days a week in the sun and it protects me from becoming burnt. Would definitely recommend to my friends.
If you are in decent shape, go one size up and it will be great (personally, I feel one size up fits just a little loose and I'm a big dude). If you are overweight, than it should be two sizes up. Judge the rash guard by how it fits wet not how it fits dry. It should be snug WET--like a second skin. I bought two. My only complaint is the size of the obnoxious new logo. I have used O'neill for a long time, I lived and surfed in Santa Cruz but I miss the "old school", discreet surfer dude graphic and exact sizing before they sold the farm (no longer local, now in Mexico I heard).
